臭豆腐 4塊 韮菜花 1把 皮蛋 2顆 小卷 1隻 蒜頭 5顆 紅辣椒 1小條 太白粉水 少許 【調味】蠔油 3大匙 【調味】辣豆瓣醬 2大匙 【調味】糖 1大匙 太白粉 少許 <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
臭豆腐一切二後切條,皮蛋切塊沾太白粉。蒜頭切片,韮菜花切圈,紅辣椒切斜片,小卷切條。 <br />

起鍋熱油,放入臭豆腐炸酥,用鍋鏟將熱油淋在臭豆腐上,炸金黃色。 <br />
3 <br />
再放入皮蛋炸,起鍋開大火逼油。 <br />
4 <br />
起鍋放辣椒片,蒜片爆香,加豆瓣醬,水,小卷,韮菜花煸炒。再加蠔油,糖拌炒,最後用太白粉水勾薄芡,再倒入臭豆腐,皮蛋拌勻即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong><br />
