雞翅600公克人蔘鬚10公克香菇10朵薑片5公克水1200㏄<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1.5茶匙米酒2大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.雞翅放入沸水中汆燙一下;香菇泡水,備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.將所有材料與米酒放入電鍋內鍋,外鍋加一杯水,蓋上鍋蓋,按下開關,待開關跳起,續燜30分鐘後,加入鹽調味即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
