所需材料:<br />
<strong>酸菜、粉絲、瘦肉、蔥、姜</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、料酒、太白粉、醬油、雞精粉。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、酸菜切絲,粉絲泡開剪斷,蔥姜切碎。<br />
2、瘦肉切絲用鹽,料酒,太白粉,醬油拌勻醃製一下。<br />
3、鍋內燒熱油,滑炒肉絲變色盛出備用。<br />
4、再次燒熱適量油,炒香蔥姜,下酸菜炒2分鐘。<br />
5、下粉絲,炒勻,倒少許溫水不斷翻炒中途加入炒好的肉絲,至湯汁收干加適量鹽,雞精炒勻即可出鍋!</strong><br />
