土雞肉200公克乾百合25公克芡實20公克桂圓肉5公克薑片15公克水500㏄<br />

調味料<br />
鹽3/4茶匙雞粉1/4茶匙<br />

作法<br />
1.土雞肉剁小塊,放入滾水中汆燙去髒,再撈出用冷水沖涼洗淨,放入湯盅中,加入水備用。 <br />
2.乾百合浸泡在冷水(份量外)中約5分鐘,泡軟後倒去水,與桂圓肉、芡實及薑片一起加入作法1的湯盅中,蓋上保鮮膜。 <br />
3.將作法2的湯盅放入蒸籠中,以中火蒸約1小時,蒸好取出後加入所有調味料調味即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
