台灣雕魚片 400~450g 地瓜粉 適量 醬油 3大匙 米酒 3大匙 砂糖 1.5大匙 薑(切末) 3~4公分&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

台灣雕魚片片成約3~4cm長,裹上地瓜粉靜置5min回潮,再放入油鍋中炸至熟透酥脆後取出備用 <br />

原鍋只留下些許的油即可,先爆香薑末,再倒入醬油、米酒、糖煮至沸騰,再將炸熟的雕魚片倒入,輕柔的拌勻即可起鍋享用 </strong></strong></strong></strong><br />
