所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞胸肉、乾紅辣椒節、蔥段、薑片。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、孜然、料酒。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、雞肉切小塊,用鹽、孜然、料酒抓均後,用小牙籤串上,醃二十分鐘。<br />
2、鍋內倒油,九成熱時,下入醃好的雞肉串爆炸至雞肉變色立即用漏勺撈出,等鍋內油溫再上去時,重新倒下炸,感覺油溫不高時,再撈出,待油溫上去時,最後放入炸一次。<br />
3、鍋內少許油,放入干紅辣椒節、蔥段、薑片熗鍋後,倒入炸好的肉串,調入孜然粒即可起鍋。</strong><br />
