粗陽春麵1球蔥段少許薑片少許水600cc蛤蜊50公克蝦仁25公克花枝50公克紅蘿蔔片1片空心菜片適量<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/4小匙米酒少許胡椒粉少許烏醋1/2小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.粗陽春麵放入沸水煮2分鐘撈起備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.取鍋燒熱後倒入少量油,放入蔥段、薑片爆香,再倒入水煮滾。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.於作法2放入蛤蜊、蝦仁、花枝、紅蘿蔔片與空心菜片,煮熟後加入所有調味料,再放入作法1的熟麵拌勻即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
