醬油 1大匙 蠔油 1大匙 水 半杯 (量米杯) 鹽 少許 味精 少許 <br />

作法<br />

板豆腐切塊. <br />

熱鍋.加少許油.下 板豆腐. <br />

煎至表面成金黃色.再翻面 繼續煎 <br />

這時 將調味料加入鍋中.中小火煮至 湯汁略為收乾 起鍋前下 蔥段輕輕拌炒一下即可囉 <br />
