都說吃豆腐好,既美容,又減肥,所以我經常做一些以豆腐為原料的菜,今天要做的就是金銀蒜蒸芙蓉豆腐。其實就是和豆腐羹差不多。<br />
<br />
所需材料:<br />
<strong>豆腐、培根、蝦米、小香菇、干貝、蝦皮少許、蒜頭。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、先把香菇、蝦米、干貝、蝦皮用熱水泡開,搾乾水備用。<br />
<br />
再把蒜頭搗成蒜泥,培根切絲,將豆腐一分二放到鍋中蒸5分鐘,再放少許蒜泥在蒸熟的豆腐上。其實所謂的金銀蒜就是生熟蒜。<br />
<br />
用鍋爆香蒜頭,爆成金黃色,再加入蝦米,干貝,蝦皮和培根絲炒勻。用蠔油、加糖、太白粉勾兌的蠔油芡勾芡,煮至汁變稠即可撒上幾滴麻油和包尾油即可起鍋。</strong><br />
