高麗菜200公克薑30公克紅辣椒少許鹽3公克<br />

作法<br />
1.高麗菜去除粗梗,撕成適當片狀,放入滾水中汆燙一下後撈起,立即泡入冷水中冷卻並瀝乾備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.薑去皮切片後,再切成絲條狀;紅辣椒切絲備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.將作法1的高麗菜與作法2的薑絲、紅辣椒絲和鹽一起拌均勻,放置15分鐘後,輕輕壓除水分即可盛盤。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
