所需材料:<br />
<strong>豆腐 1盒<br />
豬肉餡 100克<br />
青椒 2顆<br />
紅辣椒 少許<br />
蒜 2瓣<br />
姜 2片</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油 2大匙<br />
糖 半匙<br />
料酒 1大匙<br />
鹽 適量<br />
食用油 適量</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、將豆腐切片,用沸水稍煮,撈出瀝乾待用。蒜剁茸,姜切粒,青椒去籽去筋洗淨切塊待用,紅辣椒切碎待用。<br />
2、鍋燒熱,下油,將肉餡放入炒散,下蒜茸、姜粒和紅辣椒碎。<br />
3、下料酒和醬油和適量水。<br />
4、將豆腐放入,用炒勺輕輕推散,不要過分翻炒。<br />
5、放入青椒塊,放入鹽、糖。<br />
6、豆腐炒至兩面金黃即可。</strong><br />
