干貝5公克白蘿蔔200公克紅蘿蔔100公克蔥段少許薑片2片高湯200㏄太白粉水適量<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1小匙雞粉1/2小匙香油1小匙酒1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.取一鍋,加水蓋滿干貝,與薑片、蔥放入蒸籠蒸約30~40分鐘,干貝取出撕成絲備用。 <br />
2.白蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔用挖球器挖圓形球備用。 <br />
3.鍋中加入高湯、干貝絲、白蘿蔔球、紅蘿蔔球、酒用小火煮約12分鐘,加入其餘調味料,用太白粉水芶薄芡即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
