食材 <br />
乾香菇 適量 蝦米 適量 豬五花肉 300g 芋頭 1條 米 2杯 水(包含香菇水) 2.5杯 白胡椒粉 2大匙 鹽 1小匙 糖 1小匙 醬油 3大匙 米酒 1大匙 香油 1大匙 <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
乾香菇用冷水泡開.蝦米清洗濾乾備用.芋頭切塊.豬五花肉切成條狀.加入少許醬油.糖.米酒.白胡椒(配方外)醃漬10分鐘 <br />
2 <br />
先將香菇蝦米中火爆香.加入豬五花肉大火煸至逼出油脂. <br />
3 <br />
加入芋頭快略炒.加入所有調味料炒勻(香油除外) <br />
4 <br />
加入2.5杯的水(別忘了香菇水包含在2.5杯內) <br />
5 <br />
將4倒入電鍋加入洗乾淨濾乾水分的米.外鍋2杯水悶煮.電鍋跳起之後拌入香油攪拌一下就完成啦~~ <br />
