材料<br />
花枝甜1包花枝110公克蒜苗110公克蔥1/2支蒜頭2瓣紅辣椒末少許<br />

調味料<br />
香菇蠔油1又1/3大匙宮保醬1包太白粉水少許<br />
<br />
作法<br />
(1)所有材料洗淨,將花枝甜切條,花枝刻花切成小塊,蒜苗切斜片,蒜頭拍碎、紅辣椒切末備用。 <br />
(2)煮沸一鍋水汆燙花枝撈起瀝乾水份備用。 <br />
(3)起油鍋爆香紅辣椒末、蔥段及蒜頭,之後再加入花枝甜、花枝以及蒜苗拌炒至熟透,最後加入調味料拌炒均勻,再以太白粉水勾芡即可。
