所需材料:<br />
<strong>牛腩、馬鈴薯、胡蘿蔔、青紅甜椒、紅蔥頭。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>咖哩塊、鹽、雞精粉。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、牛腩切小塊,焯水後洗淨,放入高壓鍋,加水沒過牛腩,出氣後壓25分鐘即可,放氣,備用。<br />
2、馬鈴薯、胡蘿蔔、青紅椒、紅蔥頭洗淨分別切塊。<br />
3、鍋內放油,七成熱時,依次放入紅蔥頭、胡蘿蔔、馬鈴薯翻炒,將牛腩連湯一同倒入,放入一盒咖哩塊,炒勻後,加入少量鹽和雞精粉稍燉十分鐘,起鍋前放入青紅椒即可。</strong><br />
