所需材料:<br />
<strong>手工麵條  200克<br />
熟牛肉   100克<br />
番茄    1個<br />
油菜    1棵<br />
蔥花    適量<br />
姜蒜末   適量</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>醋   1大匙<br />
番茄醬 1小匙<br />
鹽   適量<br />
雞精粉 適量<br />
紅油  適量</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、牛肉、番茄均切塊。<br />
2、鍋熱油,爆香蔥姜蒜,放入牛肉、番茄、醋和番茄醬翻炒,然後加入適量水和鹽,煮開後調入雞精粉攪勻,酸湯就做好了。<br />
3、另起鍋燒開水,下入麵條煮熟,最後再放入油菜稍燙,然後撈出麵條和油菜放入碗中,倒入剛才煮好的酸湯即可。</strong><br />
