所需材料:<br />
<strong>墨魚 300克<br />
大蒜 3瓣<br />
薑末 3克</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>蠔油 15ml<br />
白糖 5克<br />
紅椒 1個<br />
黑胡椒 5克<br />
香蔥 少許<br />
錫紙 一張</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、先將墨魚洗淨,特別是內部的黑膜和軟殼。將頭部和身子分開,在墨魚的身上輕輕用刀交叉切出均勻的花紋。<br />
2、將大蒜拍成末、姜切成末,放入切好的墨魚中。<br />
3、依次加入蠔油、白糖、黑胡椒3克,攪拌均勻,並讓其入味半小時。<br />
4、將醃好的墨魚放在一張錫箔紙中間,然後將四周小心的折起,並包好。<br />
5、放入烤箱中,用200度的火力烤15—20分鐘。然後小心的打開錫紙,趁熱撒上紅椒,再烤5分鐘,最後撒上黑胡椒和香蔥即可。</strong><br />
