所需材料:<br />
<strong>牛肉、胡蘿蔔。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>乾辣椒、八角、薑片、桂皮、料酒、醬油、白糖、鹽</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、胡蘿蔔切塊,牛肉在滾水中焯去血沫撈起。<br />
2、鍋中底油,把乾辣椒、八角、薑片、桂皮炸香,下入牛肉翻炒發白,然後加料酒,醬油,白糖繼續翻炒幾下。<br />
3、炒一會兒然後添水小火燉,待牛肉八成熟時,加入胡蘿蔔,加些鹽和醬油,大火燒開。<br />
4、然後轉小火燒到牛肉軟熟。<br />
5、最後撒點蔥花可以起鍋了。</strong><br />
