材料<br />
牛肉絲250公克蕃茄絲40公克青椒絲40公克紅椒絲40公克洋蔥絲40公克薑絲20公克花椒粒5公克沙拉油2大匙<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/2小匙雞精粉1/2小匙糖1小匙米酒1大匙辣椒醬1小匙辣椒粉1/4小匙水60cc<br />

醃料<br />
水1大匙沙拉油1大匙胡椒1小匙米酒1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.將所有醃料拌勻後,放入牛肉絲拌打至完全收醬汁入味備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.將蕃茄絲、青椒絲、紅椒絲放入滾水中以大火汆燙至熟,撈出瀝乾備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.將所有的調味料拌勻成調味汁備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.取一平底鍋燒熱,加入沙拉油,先放入洋蔥絲、薑絲、花椒粒以小火爆香,依序再加入作法1的牛肉絲、作法2燙熟的蕃茄絲、青椒絲、紅椒絲及作法3的調味汁,改以大火快速炒至入味均勻即可。
