就是糖醋小排,這道菜是這裡吃的最對味的了,我後來決定再造創新這道菜的做法,就想著回家自己也做呢。<br />
<br />
所需材料:<br />
<strong>豬小排、蔥、姜</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>料酒、醬油膏、醋、糖、雞精粉</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、先把小排洗淨改小塊焯水後放入高壓鍋,放料酒、蔥、姜,出氣後壓15分鐘。<br />
2、取出小排瀝盡水後,入油鍋大火炸至表面金黃撈出備用。<br />
3、再取小碗,調入醬油膏、糖、醋、雞精粉,拌勻。<br />
4、鍋內留少許油,下蔥姜爆香,放入炸好的小排翻炒,倒入調味料,快迅炒制至調味料完全吸附在小排上,淋入明油,起鍋即成。</strong><br />
