<strong><strong><strong><strong>材料: <br />
高麗菜500g、紅蘿蔔1/4根、洋蔥1/4顆、粗鹽適量、砂糖2 小匙、胡椒少許、(A)沙拉油+醋各2大匙<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.高麗菜切成1cm寬的高麗菜絲後水洗;紅蘿蔔切絲、洋蔥切薄片。<br />
<br />
2.帶水的高麗菜放入盆中,加入1小匙鹽巴和砂糖,用手大略攪拌混合,靜置30分鐘直到變軟為止。<br />
<br />
3.洋蔥和紅蘿蔔放入另一個盆子裡,加入1/2小匙鹽巴混合。擰乾去除水分,加進2.裡混合。加入(A)後撒上胡椒,靜置三小時等入味。<br />
