所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞胸肉、搾菜、青紅椒、生薑、蒜、乾紅椒</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油、雞精粉、糖、料酒、蛋清</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、雞胸肉、搾菜、青紅椒全部切成黃豆粒,生薑、蒜切碎,乾紅椒切節。<br />
2、將雞胸肉用醬油、雞精粉、糖、料酒、雞蛋清抓醃均勻,放置十分鐘。<br />
3、鍋內熱油,六成熱時,倒入雞米迅速炒散,待雞肉一發白立刻盛起備用。<br />
4、鍋內熱油,依次下入乾紅椒、搾菜,青紅椒,炒至發乾,倒入雞米,調入雞精粉,炒勻即可起鍋。</strong><br />
