材料<br />
豬肝片50公克薑絲2公克菠菜葉5公克黑麻油1大匙<br />

醃料<br />
鹽1/4小匙地瓜粉1大匙米酒1/2大匙<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.全部的醃料混合拌勻備用。 <br />
2.豬肝片浸泡入作法1的醃料中約5分鐘後取出。 <br />
3.取鍋,加入適量的油,燒至180℃炸至外觀呈金黃色後取出。 <br />
4.取鍋,加入黑麻油燒熱,加入薑絲炒香,再放入作法3的豬肝片和菠菜葉拌炒均勻即可。
