材料:蝦米30g、魚乾30g、鹹海苔加海苔醬30g、花生米30g、芝麻15g、洋蔥一顆<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.洋蔥先炒香。再與魚乾、蝦米一起炒。因主要香氣來自魚乾與蝦米,需炒出香氣。<br />
<br />
2.加入鹹海苔與海苔醬繼續炒,可依個人口味調味鹹淡。<br />
<br />
3.關火。加入花生米、芝麻拌炒出香氣即可。<br />
<br />
Tony說:建議直接配飯吃,酥脆的口感與白飯,可是絕配。<br />
