所需材料:<br />
<strong>五花肉&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;500克<br />
青江菜&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;6棵<br />
冬粉&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1把<br />
香蔥&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;3根<br />
生薑&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1小塊。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>料酒、醬油、味噌醬、糖、雞精粉各適量</strong>。<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、五花肉切塊焯水後,洗淨浮沫備用。<br />
2、蔥挽結,姜拍鬆。<br />
3、青菜洗淨切段,冬粉泡發。<br />
4、鍋內熱油,六成熱時下入五花肉煸至微黃,糖,等肉完全上色後,一次性倒足開水,大火燒開後,改小火燉1個半小時。<br />
5、加入冬粉。<br />
6、加入青菜,等冬粉吸足湯汁,青菜軟爛時,即可。</strong><br />
