材料:小鴻喜菇、小玉米荀、甜波菜、白蘿蔔<br />
<br />
調味料: 紅辣椒、薑泥、醬油、橄欖油各少許<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.先將各蔬菜反覆沖洗乾淨。<br />
<br />
2.鍋內放入冷水煮滾後,再依蔬菜顏色由淺色開始入鍋汆燙。<br />
<br />
3.水滾後就可撈起蔬菜放入盤內。<br />
<br />
4.將紅辣椒切絲,加入薑泥、醬油、橄欖油拌勻,再淋上蔬菜即可上桌。<br />
