牛柳 350g 蔥 3支 蒜 5瓣 <br />
醃料<br />
沙拉油 1匙 醬油 1匙 黑胡椒粒 1茶匙 太白粉 少許 <br />
調味料<br />
黑胡椒醬 2匙 熱水 2匙 <br />

作法<br />

牛肉切條狀, 並以醃料醃漬至少 30 分鐘備用 <br />

蔥切段、蒜切粗末備用 <br />
3 <br />
1 匙油熱油鍋, 爆香蒜末 <br />
4 <br />
下牛肉拌炒至牛肉五分熟時, 下調味料拌炒至牛肉八分熟, 再下蔥段快炒至牛肉全熟即可 <br />
