所需材料:<br />
<strong>鯽魚、豆腐、香蔥、生薑、鹽、雞精粉。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、鯽魚去鱗、去內臟、去腮、洗淨內部黑膜。<br />
2、蔥挽結、姜切片、豆腐切塊焯水。<br />
3、鍋燒熱後,放油,六成熱時,放入鯽魚中火煸至魚眼發白。<br />
4、往鍋中衝入開水,放入蔥、姜,改大火,燒十來分鐘後,湯汁就可呈乳白色。<br />
5、加入豆腐繼續燉十分鐘後,放入鹽、雞精調味,喜歡的話可以加些胡椒粉,即可起鍋。</strong><br />
