所需材料:<br />
<strong>裡脊肉、洋蔥、梨、金針菇、胡蘿蔔、蒜、姜、胡椒、熟芝麻、米酒</strong>。<br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、先將豬肉切成大片,用肉錘略砸鬆。<br />
2、製作肉醬:將梨、洋蔥、蒜、姜切成小塊放入攪拌機內,再放少許白砂糖、醬油、水、鹽、黑胡椒、米酒一起打碎。<br />
3、將肉醬與豬肉一起攪拌,並醃製10分鐘左右。<br />
4、金針菇洗淨,洋蔥、胡蘿蔔切成片。<br />
5、鍋內放入少許油,燒到七八成熱,將肉放入鍋內,等肉的表面有些燒焦的時候,再放入胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、金針菇,再等1~2分鐘,就可以起鍋了,出鍋前再撒些熟芝麻。</strong><br />
