材料:胚芽米2杯、白米1杯、杏仁、葡萄乾、南瓜子、開心果、白芝麻、黑芝麻適量、醬油、黃金芝麻油適量、南薑1根、香菜適量<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.將白米及胚芽米洗淨。<br />
<br />
2.白米加1杯水、胚芽米加2杯半水,各泡4個小時。<br />
<br />
3.將白米及胚芽混合後放入電鍋煮熟。<br />
<br />
4.南薑洗淨後,去皮後磨成泥。<br />
<br />
5.飯煮熟後立即拌入南薑泥。<br />
<br />
6.再將醬油及黃金芝麻油加入飯中拌勻。<br />
<br />
7.堅果類全壓碎後,拌入飯內。加入香菜點綴。<br />
