所需材料:<br />
<strong>柚子、魷魚、鮮蝦、蘆筍、泰式甜辣醬、紅彩椒。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>蔥姜碎、鹽、白糖、胡椒粉。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、柚子肉撕下來一半搾汁,一半撕成小絲。<br />
2、鮮魷魚去皮打上花刀,在開水中微泡水略燙,捲成小卷。用柚子汁和泰式甜辣醬醃漬入味。<br />
3、鮮蝦去皮留尾,用酒胡椒粉,鹽醃漬去腥。紅椒切小丁,蘆筍去老皮,切段,在開水中焯熟。<br />
4、鍋內放油,煸香蔥姜碎和泰式甜辣醬,放入鮮蝦炒至變色,放入魷魚卷和剩下的柚子汁,加入白糖、鹽調味。<br />
5、最後放入蘆筍段,柚子肉絲,勾薄芡出鍋裝盤。</strong><br />
