所需材料:<br />
<strong>茄子、草魚、鮮香菇、荸薺、黃紅綠彩椒、香蔥、姜、蒜</strong>。<br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、醬油、胡椒、料酒、雞蛋。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、茄子,切成大長片,用烤箱上下火150度烤軟。<br />
2、紅黃綠彩椒切碎,荸薺拍碎、鮮香菇切小丁,蔥姜切碎,蒜切末。<br />
3、草魚去刺片成兩片,將魚肉去皮切小丁,加、鹽、醬油、胡椒、鹽、料酒、蔥薑末、一隻雞蛋拌一下<br />
4、熱鍋溫油,炒熟醃好的魚丁,再加入切好的紅黃綠彩椒丁,荸薺碎、香菇丁,翻炒至熟。<br />
5、將茄子片上上均勻的鋪上魚丁等原料,再捲起來。也可以先捲成卷再往裡填魚丁等。<br />
6、將捲好的茄子捲進提前預熱的烤箱上下火160度烤6分鐘取出,放在生菜上即可。</strong><br />
