食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
雞 1/3隻 竹笙 8條 香菇 13朵 水 700~800cc 薑片 2片 <br />
調味料<br />
鹽 1.5小匙 米酒 半碗<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
竹笙洗淨後切段。 準備一鍋滾水,將雞塊川燙過,撈起備用。 <br />
2 <br />
另起一個鍋子將700~800cc的水加入,放入薑片、雞塊。 <br />
3 <br />
等水滾後將浮末撈起,蓋上鍋蓋小火悶煮約40分鐘,加入香菇、竹笙 、米酒 ,繼續煲煮20分鐘。 起鍋前加上些許鹽即可~<br />
