所需材料:<br />
<strong>台灣鯛(吳郭魚)、洋蔥、青紅辣椒、蔥姜蒜</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>花椒、孜然、辣椒面、鹽、醬油、胡椒粉</strong>。<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、台灣鯛切開,用鹽、胡椒粉、紹興酒、醃漬。<br />
2、洋蔥一半切絲,一半切塊,青紅辣椒切圈、蔥切段、姜蒜切片。<br />
3、在康寧烤盆中抹油、洋蔥絲墊底,放上醃漬好的長江鱘魚,入烤箱120度烤5分鐘。<br />
4、其他材料在鍋中炒出香味鋪在台灣鯛上,再入烤箱烤5分鐘即可。</strong><br />
