所需要的材料有:<br />
<strong>中筋麵粉(就是普通麵粉).....300克<br />
沸水.............................................150克<br />
沙拉油.........................................1大匙<br />
蔥..................................................半根<br />
黑胡椒粒....................................1/2小匙<br />
鹽................................................1/2小匙</strong><br />

我們用的是開水麵團,你也可以換成冷水和麵<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
1.準備好材料,蔥切末。<br />
2.先來製作開水麵團,先將麵粉過篩,在案板上做一粉牆,在粉牆內倒入沸水,用筷子將內圈的麵粉與沸水混合拌成粒狀,然後用手揉搓成麵團,放在一邊醒一會再用。<br />
3.將醒好的麵團分成兩個小麵團,一個我用傳統方法做,另一個介紹創新的獨門方法。<br />
4.將醒好的麵團放在案板上揉至表面光滑,沾少許麵粉
