食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
雞腳 10支 老薑 一塊 蒜頭 10粒 八角 3-5顆 辣椒 2支 醬油 80ml 米酒 60ml 水 800ml&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
拍開薑塊與蒜頭,辣椒切開備用(不嗜辣者則免放辣椒)八角也以冷水沖洗一下 <br />
2 <br />
將雞腳洗淨後川燙洗去血水,再以冷水沖淨 <br />
3 <br />
將準備好的薑,蒜,辣椒,八角放入鍋中,再加入雞腳,酒,醬油及水.水的位置要淹過所有的雞腳,以慢火燉煮3小時即可<br />
