所需材料:<br />
<strong>北極蝦,南瓜。</strong><br />
<br />
配料:<br />
<strong>雞蛋,麵包糠,鹽,乳酪粉,太白粉</strong>。<br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、南瓜去皮切塊,放入盒中,包入保鮮膜放入微波爐高火加熱3分鐘至南瓜綿軟。<br />
2、北極蝦仁剝皮、去頭,用乾淨水將蝦沖洗乾淨,並瀝乾水分。<br />
3、將南瓜仔細地按壓成細膩的南瓜泥,並調入一些鹽和乳酪粉。<br />
4、用南瓜泥把北極蝦包住,成一個小球,並蘸蛋白液,裹上麵包糠。<br />
5、大火熱油,油燒至快冒煙,把蝦球迅速放入並迅速撈出,最後盛盤即可。</strong>
