材料<br />
桂竹筍500公克覆菜100公克肥豬肉80公克薑20公克<br />

調味料<br />
高湯800cc鹽1/2茶匙細糖1茶匙<br />

作法<br />
1.桂竹筍切小塊,先放入滾水中煮約2分鐘,再撈起用冷水洗淨備用。 <br />
2.覆菜洗淨瀝乾切小段;肥豬肉切小塊;薑切片備用。 <br />
3.熱鍋,以小火將作法2的肥豬肉塊炒至出油,再放入作法2的薑片以小火炒香,再將作法1的桂竹筍塊、作法2的覆菜段及所有調味料放入鍋中以大火煮開,再改以小火續煮約30分鐘至入味即可。
