所需材料:<br />
<strong>蝦    250克<br />
蘆筍   400克<br />
大蒜   2瓣</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>料酒   1匙<br />
胡椒   少量<br />
醬油   1大匙<br />
蠔油   1大匙<br />
魚露   1小匙<br />
黑胡椒碎 1/2小匙</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、蝦去殼、去腸,留尾部洗淨抹乾,用料酒、胡椒稍醃。<br />
2、蘆筍去老皮洗淨,切成兩段。<br />
3、鍋燒熱,下油,放入蒜蓉爆香,倒入蝦仁炒至變色。<br />
4、放入蘆筍。<br />
5、加調味料和少許水,將蘆筍炒透即可。</strong><br />
