香橙鱈魚排用到的材料:<br />
<strong>銀鱈魚 ………………… 2塊<br />
雞蛋 …………………… 1個<br />
麵粉 …………………… 適量<br />
麵包糠 ………………… 適量<br />
鹽、料酒、胡椒粉 …… 各少許</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1.鱈魚洗淨,切大塊,切的時候可以順便把中間的大刺剔除掉。<br />
2.切好的鱈魚塊裝入容器,加入鹽、料酒、胡椒粉醃製一會。<br />
3.醃製鱈魚的時間把橙子一切為二,取一半擠出橙汁。<br />
4.準備三個小碗,分別盛入麵粉、蛋液、麵包糠,將醃製好的鱈魚塊依次裹上麵粉、蛋液、麵包糠。<br />
5.取小奶鍋,倒入適量油,燒至5成熱時,一塊一塊的下入鱈魚塊,炸至金黃色取出控油。<br />
6.取大盤,將炸好的鱈魚裝盤,將剛才擠出的橙汁小火煮開,用水澱粉勾薄芡,然後澆在鱈魚塊上即可。</strong><br />
