原料:<br />
<strong>麵粉、牛奶、橄欖菜、豌豆粒、胡蘿蔔</strong><br />

製作方法:<br />
<strong>1.速凍豌豆粒放入鍋中焯水,冷水沖涼,用食品粉碎機打成末待用。<br />
2.胡蘿蔔切成末待用。<br />
3.將麵粉、牛奶、胡蘿蔔末、少許鹽混合好,加水調成麵糊,倒入不粘鍋煎成圓餅。將橄欖菜碼放在圓餅上捲起來,切成一小段一小段,放在盤子的一邊。<br />
4.起鍋,鍋倒入打碎豌豆汁,大火燒開調味少許鹽、蘑菇精(代替味精) 炒勻勾一點點薄薄芡,加一點點牛奶拌勻倒在薄餅卷旁邊,薄餅捲上用聖女果和蕃茜點綴即可。</strong><br />
