食材: 海帶100克、雞蛋2個、鹽1茶匙、香蔥2棵、花生油1小勺、胡椒粉適量<br />

1 買來的海帶絲沖洗後放鍋內煮2分鐘撈出。<br />
<br />
2 海帶切段,長短自定。香蔥切碎。<br />
<br />
3 雞蛋磕入碗內。<br />
<br />
4 放入海帶、香蔥、鹽和胡椒粉。<br />

5 攪拌成雞蛋液。<br />

6 不沾鍋放油燒至八成熱。<br />
<br />
7 倒入雞蛋液快速攤平。<br />
<br />
8 一面凝固後翻至另一面,想保持雞蛋餅完整要靠掂勺翻過來。<br />
<br />
兩面煎好後裝盤也可切開。<br />
