材料<br />
竹筍1/2個紅蘿蔔1/5個芹菜2支酸菜1/3個乾胡瓜條1捲素五花肉50公克素火腿50公克薑3片水4杯<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/2小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.竹筍、紅蘿蔔、酸菜、素火腿分別切成約6公分的長條;薑切絲;芹菜洗淨,切末;乾胡瓜條剪成約12公分的長條備用。 <br />
2.將作法1中的竹筍、紅蘿蔔、酸菜、素火腿以乾胡瓜條一一捆綁成小柴把數個備用。 <br />
3.取一深鍋,加入水、薑絲及作法2的柴把,以大火煮至湯汁滾沸後,轉小火繼續燉煮30分鐘,熄火前加入芹菜末、鹽調味一下即可。
