材料<br />
牛骨高湯840㏄桂皮1片草果2粒桂枝1/2支三奈3片八角2粒陳皮1/4片高山茶汁300㏄<br />

調味料<br />
苦茶油120㏄花椒1小匙麻油2大匙蒜末1大匙辣椒末1大匙豆瓣醬2大匙乾辣椒1大匙肉桂粉少許冰糖1/2小匙鹽1/2小匙辣油2小匙醬油1小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.鍋中放入苦茶油燒熱,放入花椒以小火爆香後過濾備用。 <br />
2.作法1中,放入麻油、蒜末、辣椒末、豆瓣醬、乾辣椒以中火炒香後過濾備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.作法2中加入牛骨高湯、桂皮、草果、桂枝、三奈、八角、陳皮,再加入肉桂粉、冰糖、鹽、辣油與醬油調味後,再倒入高山茶汁後即可放入火鍋料煮熟食用。
