所需材料:<br />
<strong>海螺、青紅椒、蔥、姜。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、美極鮮醬油、雞精粉、白糖、香油。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、海螺清洗乾淨,鍋內放入適量清水,放入海螺旺火蒸十五分鐘左右,關火取出,自然冷卻。<br />
2、螺肉取出後,去除螺腦,將螺肉改刀成片。<br />
3、將海螺倒入容器中,加入鹽,美極鮮醬油,雞精粉,少量白糖及青紅椒和蔥姜絲,最後加入香油,拌制均勻裝盤,放入冰箱20分鐘即可。</strong><br />
