所需材料:<br />
<strong>蝦蛄 300克<br />
薑片 15克<br />
蒜末 15克<br />
蔥末 15克</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油 30克<br />
白糖 1勺<br />
鹽 5克<br />
花椒 3克<br />
胡椒粉 2克<br />
白酒 50克(30幾度的)<br />
醋 10克<br />
味精 2克<br />
白開水 100克</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、新鮮的蝦蛄300克、密封樂扣樂扣保鮮盒一個。<br />
2、洗乾淨蝦蛄,裝進樂扣樂扣盒中,裝到八分滿就可以了。<br />
3、加入薑片15克、蒜末15克、蔥末15克。<br />
4、然後加入醬油30克、白糖1勺、鹽5克、花椒3克、胡椒粉2克。<br />
5、最後加入30幾度的白酒50克,醋10克、味精2克、涼白開100克。<br />
6、蓋好樂扣樂扣盒的蓋子,放進冰箱冷藏室,冷藏3—5小時,就可以食用了。</strong><br />
