材料<br />
地瓜300公克薑汁15cc肉桂1/4小匙柳橙汁50cc沙拉油適量裹粉:低筋麵粉適量雞蛋1顆麵包粉適量<br />

作法<br />
1.地瓜洗淨削皮,放入蒸籠用中大火蒸約15分鐘。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.將肉桂加入蒸好的地瓜泥中。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.用保鮮膜包住食物研磨器再把薑磨成泥狀。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.把磨好的薑泥用手擠汁。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
5.再倒入柳橙汁後充分拌勻。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
6.手沾少許沙拉油,將混合調味好的馬鈴薯泥分成6等份,再搓成橢圓形。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
7.依序沾上適量的低筋麵粉、蛋液和麵包粉。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
8.取一油鍋,放入適當的沙拉油,燒熱至180℃後,將可樂餅放入油鍋中,以中小火油炸至金黃色,即可撈起直立放在網架上瀝油。
