材料<br />
白切雞1隻蒜頭10公克薑20公克洋蔥1/4個青蔥1根蝦米20公克干貝10公克香菇4朵水3000㏄草果3粒甘草3公克八角6顆山奈片6公克<br />

調味料<br />
鹽2大匙雞粉1大匙糖1茶匙酒1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.蒜頭、薑切碎;洋蔥切小片;青蔥切段;蝦米先以清水沖洗乾淨備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.熱油鍋,放入作法1的薑碎、蒜頭碎炒至呈金黃色時,放入作法1蝦米爆香後,再放入水及剩餘材料一起以小火煮約1小時。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.於作法2的鍋中放入所有調味料略拌勻,以小火煮至再度滾沸時,熄火放涼。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.將白切雞整個放入作法3的滷汁內浸泡約6小時至入味,食用前取出剁盤即可。
