材料<br />
豬腩排500公克蔥2根薑30公克辣椒1根香菜少許<br />

調味料<br />
咖哩粉1大匙紹興酒2大匙醬油3大匙冰糖1大匙香油1大匙<br />
<br />
醃料<br />
鹽少許胡椒粉少許咖哩粉少許蛋1顆麵粉少許<br />

作法<br />
(1)豬腩排先用鹽、胡椒粉及少許咖哩粉、蛋、麵粉拌勻略為醃20分鐘,再放入油鍋中油炸至熟,取出瀝乾油份備用。 <br />
(2)將蔥、薑、蒜頭、辣椒切成細末,以2大匙油爆香,加入豬腩排、所有調味料及1杯水,用小火煮20分鐘,再開大火將湯汁收乾,食用時撒上香菜即可。
