材料<br />
牛柳300克甜豆200克蒜蓉適量<br />

調味料<br />
蒜蓉醬2大匙米酒1小匙黑胡椒粒少許<br />

醃料<br />
醬油露適量蛋白適量太白粉適量水適量<br />

作法<br />
1.將牛柳與醃料拌勻,醃約5分鐘後備用。 <br />
2.炒鍋燒熱,加入蒜蓉、牛柳及甜豆,以大火拌炒,再放入所有調味料炒至熟後即可。
